Template License & Usage
Templates provided by BloggerTheme9 are licensed for use and are not sold with ownership of the underlying design, code or intellectual property.
Free Templates
- Footer Credit: The original BloggerTheme9 footer credit must remain intact unless you purchase the applicable premium license.
- Usage: Free templates may be used on your own eligible Blogger / Blogspot website subject to these terms.
- Redistribution: Free template files may not be resold, redistributed, republished or offered for download on another website or platform.
- Support: Technical support is not included with free templates unless otherwise stated.
Premium Templates
- Footer Credit Removal: You may remove the BloggerTheme9 footer credit from websites covered by your license.
- Domain License: A standard premium purchase may be used on up to three domains unless the product page states otherwise.
- Updates: You may access updates made available for the template you purchased.
- Support: Premium purchases include support for eligible template-related installation and setup issues.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or republish BloggerTheme9 template files.
- Upload our templates to another website, marketplace, file-sharing service or download platform.
- Modify a template and redistribute or sell it as a new template or product.
- Sell, share or redistribute scripts, CSS, HTML, XML or other proprietary assets extracted from our products.
- Remove required attribution from a free template without the appropriate premium license.
Downloads, Updates & Support
Premium template files are made available after successful payment. Where account downloads are available, purchased files and available updates may be accessed through your account.
Support covers reasonable template-related installation and setup assistance. Custom development, third-party services, content entry and modifications outside the advertised template features are not included unless separately agreed.
Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, digital product purchases are final once the template files have been downloaded or accessed.
Please review the live preview, product description, features and compatibility information before purchasing. Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of technical knowledge or features that were not advertised as part of the product.
Platform Compatibility
BloggerTheme9 templates are designed specifically for Blogger / Blogspot unless a product page clearly states otherwise. They are not designed for WordPress, Shopify or other content management systems.

Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BloggerTheme9 is not responsible for indirect losses, website content, third-party services, platform changes or modifications made to a template after delivery.
